VanDevere Lease Thrive & Drive Program Details

1. PURCHASE NECESSARY. (Print details of raffle here). Odds of winning are based on the
number of entries. Drawing to be held on (date) at (location and time) stated by VanDevere. Tickets will be
entered into a drawing and winner (must/need not) be present to win.

2. Winner will receive his/her choice of a 24 month lease of a new (year, make, model) vehicle decided by VanDevere. Lease includes 10,000 miles per year. There is a cash alternative
of $2,500 in lieu of the vehicle lease.

3. Winner must provide all personal information required to qualify for financing approval
from _______________, be 18 (or 21) years of age or older, responsible for any and all
income taxes, be a licensed motor vehicle driver with proof of adequate liability insurance,
vehicle registration and titling fees and documentary services fees, and mileage fees of ($0.25)
per mile over total allowed miles, and any excess wear and tear charges. There is a $400 disposition fee at the end of the lease. If winner does not qualify for the lease, they will receive $2,500 in lieu of new vehicle. Winner will receive an IRS 1099 form for the amount of winnings from Charity.

4. Whomever purchased the winning ticket selected by VanDevere may be eligible to win. To accept the lease, winner must qualify and be 18 (or 21) years of age or older.

5. By entering this contest you authorize Dealer to contact you by phone (calls may monitored
and recorded), automated phone equipment and/or pre-recorded messages, mail, and
email about this contest.

6. Winner acknowledges that Charity/Dealer shall have the right to use winner’s name,
likeness and voice in promoting that he/she is the winner, in both print and broadcast. The
prize winner must sign a standard release form providing Charity/Dealer with their address
and telephone number.

7. Winner expressly releases Dealer, their affiliated companies and employees, from any and
all claims, demands, damages, and/or liability of any nature whatsoever that winner has or
claims to have relating to the herein contest, and without limitation, any and all known or
unknown claims for damages or injuries arising out of said contest, whether founded in fact
or in law.

8. Charity is the sole judge of all matters pertaining to this contest and reserves the right to
change the rules and/or discontinue the contest at any time without notice. All decisions by
Charity are final.
