Here we are again, sitting down with one of our team members to learn more about them. We love learning about our team! This month we are talking to Justin Hill, a service advisor at our Buick location. Justin has been with the company for 3 years now. We sat down and gave Justin our usual “spotlight” questions and here is what we learned…
VanDevere: Hi Justin, thank you for taking the time to sit with us. We will start off easy… What is the best thing about your job?
Justin: Working with all of my co-workers and meeting new people everyday.
VDV: I love meeting the customers as well. Working with these employees is always a great time! We have the best staff and adding to the bunch is a great part of your job. What is the best thing about VanDevere?
Justin: The family atmosphere. I appreciate all the work outings and activities that brings us all together.
VDV: I agree! We have so many employee events and volunteer activities that make this team feel more like a family. In three words, how would you best describe VanDevere?
Justin: Fun, Family, Culture
VDV:Could not have said it better myself! What do you like to do when you are not at work?
Justin: I enjoy going to Guardians games! I am also a fan of Ohio State, Cleveland Browns and many other sports teams. Besides watching sports, I enjoy golf, pickleball, hiking and more!
VDV: I love being an Ohio sports team fan also! They are always exciting with a large fan base.Speaking Ohio, where do you like to go to escape the cold seasonal weather?
Justin: Destin, Florida
VDV: Florida is always a great place to travel and enjoy. Now, do you have a favorite place to eat?
Justin: Winks in Barberton! It has awesome food with a drive in style atmosphere.
VDV: I have never been but I will have to try it out! Since we are in the car business, what is your dream car?
Justin: A Corvette!
