This month we are talking to Rose Castle, a Customer Care Agent for Chevy, Outlet and Cadillac locations. Rose has been with the company for almost 1 year now. Rose: The people I work with!
VDV: A great team doing great things for our customers! What is the best thing about VanDevere?
Rose: Everyone here is very kind and welcoming. I enjoy being here
VDV: I agree. Feels like I am going to be with friends or family all day instead of work. In three words, how would you best describe VanDevere?
Rose: family, caring, and rewarding
VDV: It is an awesome company that cares for each out our employees. There is always room to grow and develop in your position. What do you like to do when you are not at work?
Rose: Hiking with my dogs or traveling
VDV: Cannot go wrong with time with the pets! What/who is your biggest inspiration?
Rose: My Parents
